Construction method |

Base treatment |
- Perform the complete drying after fully removing
other contaminated materials such
as dust, oily
stuff etc. from the surface. |
| - Perform the painting after filling up scar or break
with putty and adjusting the surface. |
- For the working section, sufficient curing shall be
required. (curing for 30 days, based
on 20℃) |
- In the case when the working surface is constituted
with mortar, the pH shall be 7~9,
and the moisture
content shall be less than 8%. |

Painting method for each product |
|
|
|
|
|
| |
Initial painting |
-
After completing base treatment and confirming no dust or foreign material at the
surface, perform 1 layer of painting with roller, brush, or spray gun so as to be
absorbed (infiltrated) sufficiently into the painting surface. |
-
If required in accordance with the painting condition, perform the painting by diluting
to be less than 5% with clean water. |
-
During the 1 layer painting, for the section where the absorption (infiltration) of painting
is too much (in the case that the condition of the working section is poor), the initial
painting shall be extended. |
Intermediate painting |
-
After elapsing at least 4 hours at 20℃ from the initial painting and confirming the drying
state, perform the intermediate painting. |
-
In the case of the intermediate painting, perform 1 time painting of spray with the
injection pressure of 3~5kgf/㎠ by utilizing the internal pressure type (///bon-tile/// gun)
gun of 6mm diameter (tip). |
-
If required in accordance with the painting condition, perform the painting by diluting
to be less than 5% with clean water. |
-
In accordance with the state of intermediate painting, the difference of color in the
final painting stone pattern can be created. |
-
Cares shall be exerted when performing the painting as there is the case of breaking
the pattern when the painting is raised excessively. |
-
On the day when the atmospheric temperature is high and there is much wind during
the external wall painting of building, cares shall be taken as crack can be generated
on the surface. |
Final painting |
- After elapsing at least 4 hours at 20℃ from the intermediate painting and confirming
the drying state, perform the final painting. (In accordance with climatic condition,
difference of drying time can be generated.) |

Before using, agitate slowly with round bar so that the paint particle will not be
damaged.
(Do not perform agitation with electrically driven mixer as this breaks particles.) |

In the case of the final painting, perform 1~2 times of painting of spray with the injection
pressure of 3~5kgf/㎠ by utilizing the pressurized gun (871 guns) of 4mm diameter (tip). |

In the case when the fluidity is deteriorated due to the gel-stabilization of the product,
agitate slowly with round bar by adding small quantity of water as diluent so that
particles will not be damaged before the application. |

When painting, the ///coating rate///, pattern formation size, and tone of color can have
difference with the sample in accordance with the worker, painting pressure, painting
velocity, painting distance, and painting apparatus etc., therefore, test painting shall be
performed before the real application. |
Coating painting |
-
After elapsing at least 24 hours at 20℃ from the final painting and confirming
the drying state, perform the coating painting. |
-
If required, perform 1 time of coating with roller, brush, and spray gun by diluting
the dilution thinner to 10~15%. |

Drying time after the coating is 4 hours at 20℃. |
